Job Description

Twenty Financial Services are currently recruiting for a Client Services VP to join a leading Bank based in London. The main responsibility for the role will be to provide excellent Client Service to the Banks internal and external clients whilst effectively managing the team's performance. The successful individual will be providing support and guidance on operational issues and will help to drive continuous improvements in productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and requests from the front office as well as maintaining effective controls
  • Supervise all tasks to ensure they are completed with accuracy
  • Develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Guidance and support of all SME's within the Operations Middle Office Client Services team
  • Supporting new business opportunities and improving current processes
  • Support the wider Middle Office function and provide support with the banks processing
  • Support junior staff with enquiries ensuring internal deadlines are adhered to
  • Updating procedures and help out with any projects and initiatives
  • Work with processing teams to streamline current processes and controls

Experience:

  • Experience managing a team within an Operations/Middle Office Client Services function or similar
  • Experience of Payments and Treasury products advantageous
  • Demonstrable leadership experience
  • Root cause analyst exposure and following through with process improvements or changes
  • Excellent communication skills through Client Service work within Banking or Financial Services
  • Supervisory experience cross training across various areas of Client Service
