Job Description
Twenty are recruiting on behalf of a leading Investment Manager who are looking to add to their Client Services function. This team focuses on operations and administration duties for a range of investment products including pensions and ISA’s. The successful individual will be working across the function to uphold outstanding client service through timely response of queries, issues and collaboration with the Business.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for day to day queries in relation to pensions
- Managing client expectations and acting as an escalation point
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth set up and service of products as well as helping ensure transfers from existing accounts held elsewhere are transitioned successfully
- Work closely with Service delivery leads and relationship directors
- Take ownership of issues, investigating unsatisfactory actions and escalating where necessary
- Identify gaps and where efficiencies can be made to improve processes with clients
- Help with projects and business planning to participate in the continual improvement of the service model
Experience
- DB/DC Pensions administration experience
- Strong knowledge of investment products including ISA’s, SIPPS, pensions
- Project management and process improvement experience
- Previous experience working with senior stakeholders
- High level of customer service
