Job Description

Twenty are recruiting on behalf of a leading Asset Manager who are looking for a Client Service Support analyst to join their team. The successful individual will be responsible for providing admin support across the European Client Service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate emails received from the Client Service mailbox to the relevant parties
  • Respond to all retail queries, escalations and complaints from retail investors
  • Answer calls and allocate to the relevant areas based on region and language
  • Sort out the emails received into the MIFID II mailbox
  • Respond accurately to all institutional queries
  • Help with project improvements and enhancements

Experience:

  • Previous client service experience desirable
  • Knowledge of investments/financial services advantageous
  • Someone who understands the importance of accuracy and quality
  • Team player, willing to learn more about the asset management industry
