One of my large Insurance clients based in Norwich is looking for a new contractor to support and manage a number of work streams across their Service Improvement programme which is designed to overhaul multiple processes across Policy, Payments and Underwriting.
The client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager who can elicit requirements, document and then deliver the project on time and within budget. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and will be used to detailing with difficult situations and complex projects.
- Strong Business Analysis and Project Management experience
- Delivered projects end to end in a financial services client, ideally insurance
- Understanding of payments, policy writing and underwriting
