The Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a fast paced Global team within the organisation, focusing specifically on driving their Technology agenda. From day one you will play a fundamental role in the delivery of their ambitious multi-year change programme to deliver innovative client solutions through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Technology and Development teams

Providing conceptual solutions to complicated business problems

Working to deliver client solutions to end members

Working on projects to support, create and develop all of the technology used by the distribution team

Engagement with senior stakeholders to understand, analyse and document business requirements

Writing and documenting user stories

Provide detailed analysis/exception reporting to the leadership team and project managers to assist them in decision making

Key Skills

Demonstrable business analysis skills within Financial Services

Demonstrable experience as a business analyst in a technology delivery team

Exposure to agile and waterfall methodologies

Strong logical and physical data analysis skills

Exposure to working with senior stakeholders

Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment, both individually and in a team

Assertive and collaborative approach to working with people

Excellent problem solving skills

Demonstrable experience working in an Agile/Waterfall environment
