Job Description

Twenty are currently working with a specialist financial institution with a great global presence across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific and focus on giving clients access to foreign exchange markets. They are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Consultant on a 2-month contract basis to help them with their Brexit Strategy.

This financial institution is looking to recruit a Compliance Consultant to join them to help with the implementation of their Brexit Strategy. This is a very exciting new role for a German speaking candidate to join a fast paced environment and help the company set up their new regulated entity in Germany. The purpose of the role will be to adapt the institution's existing policies and procedures that apply to the UK regulated entity to German requirements, as part of their licence application.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a financial services institution in either a compliance or legal role and have written policies and procedures. The candidate should have written policies on:

  • Compliance Manual
  • Anti-money laundering
  • Code of conduct
  • Compliance Monitoring
  • Conflicts of Interest
  • PA Dealings

As this role will be translating English policies into German policies the candidate has to be fluent in German. It is desirable for the candidate to also know German policies but not essential.

If you feel you have the relevant experience for this newly created opportunity, please apply to this advert and send your CV to Lauren Stutz at Twenty Recruitment.
