My client is a technology group that provides software and hardware for the healthcare, social care and education, oil and gas, energy and utilities sectors.
They are looking for multiple Application Support analysts to provide excellent service to customers and help support web based applications.
- Resolve functional and technical problems across multiple clinical applications through effective troubleshooting
- Root cause analysis
- Work closely with customers and guide them through incident life cycle
- Work closely with wider technology teams and build strong relationships
- Work towards helping the organisation with continual service improvement
- Ad-hoc project work when needed
- Experience with SQL Server 2008 - 2016
- Experience with integration and interface engines
