Twenty Financial Services are currently working with an exciting FinTech company are looking for an Account Manager to join their rapidly growing digital platform service to grow with them on their journey disrupting the financial services sector.
This is a crucial role sitting between the Business Development and Customer Experience teams. This candidate will have the responsibility to nurture and manage this company's growing base of accountants and their customers to ensure their experience is seamless.
- Working alongside the Business Development and Customer Experience teams in managing this company's relationships with its growing base of accountancy firms and their clients
- Support with on-boarding of accountants and their clients to the Xero platform
- Some relationship management relating to the Xero integration which is crucial to the accountants'
- Collaborating with other team members and contributing to wider projects and programmes
- Two years' previous account management experience with a proven track record in building and nurturing relationships
- Knowledge and understanding of Xero platform desirable
- Great at working well in a team with the shared goal of working towards and hitting targets
- Exceptional communication, written, and presentation skills
- A confident and passionate outlook, taking extreme pride in all that you do each time you interact with a potential client
