3rd Line Support Engineer- Digital- Remote Working
Salary: £45,000- £50,000 per annum (+benefits & quarterly bonus)
Key Technical Skills: Active Directory, VMware, Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, Cisco
A Managed Services Provider is currently looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to work 100% remote with quarterly visits to end-clients in locations, largely based in Bermuda.
The position will be supporting multiple customers providing escalated support across Microsoft environments; mainly on Windows Server 2012; Exchange Servers & Active Directory.
The client are looking for an engineer who will be able to fit in with the team whilst acting as a technical authority both internally & to external customers; the majority of whom are in the legal & financial sectors.
- To provide 3rd line support across the business
- To manage & maintain AD Domains for customers
- Incident management & problem management to ensure minimal disruption for clients
- Windows Server 2008/2012
- Active Directory
- PowerShell (preferable)
- VMWare ESX
