Job Description

A Global Asset Management organisation is looking for an experience 2nd line Service Desk Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in London.

Key responsibilities:

  • Escalate unresolved calls/ queries when needed
  • Liaise with third party suppliers
  • Accurately maintain and update helpdesk logging system when needed
  • Support Trade applications (Bloomberg/ Reuters)
  • SCCM workstation patching when needed
  • System administration of relevant systems
  • Ensure calls ad queries are managed through to resolution
  • Complete installation, upgrades, repair and moves when required

Experience required:

  • Must have prior experience within Asset Management Organisations
  • Strong 2nd line service desk experience
  • SCCM
  • Windows (7-10)
  • Microsoft office
  • Market data knowledge (Bloomberg/ Reuters)
  • Exchange administration
  • ITIL knowledge (certification beneficial)
