Daniel came to twenty with quite a resume under his belt. He was Head of Offshore Executive Search for the Caribbean’s premier firm based in the Cayman Islands, creating the department from scratch. He’s now working at twenty as an Associate Director in the Austin branch, focusing primarily on the growth of the company in Texas. “It isn’t good enough to love who you are. Striving to be the best version of yourself and loving who or what you could become is a much better lesson,” is an ambition mantra he believes in. Daniel is pretty eclectic, in that he consciously doesn’t own a TV and hasn’t had a Facebook account in 5 years. “life’s too short”!

Ciarán looks after Technology Consulting within Twenty, having joined in February 2017. Focusing across IT Infrastructure, particularly within Linux & Cloud platforms; Ciarán works primarily in the mid-senior level, appointing consultants to projects ranging from Datacentre migrations; Platform consolidations and Cloud-based transformations. Prior to joining twenty, he read Modern History with Economics at the University of Manchester and also has experience providing L1/L2 Service Desk support for Sky whilst studying. The ultimate aim for Ciarán is to scale the IT Infrastructure, Technology Consulting business to become a recognisable brand within the projects & consulting sector; whilst simultaneously ensuring a customer-centric partnership to deliver high quality services for all parties. Ciarán also once met his childhood hero and made a squealing noise when he shook their hand… he was in his 20’s at the time.
