Danielle started her career in March 2011 as an Account Manager at a niche technology recruitment firm.  From day one in her recruitment life she was managing over 90 roles for one of the largest global retailers, recruiting Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architects.  She then moved on to Investigo to gain experience outside of one client before joining Hays for 3.5 years as a Senior Consultant.  At Hays Danielle was responsible for all Technology and Change recruitment for Investment Management clients in the City and became the top Permanent recruiter in FT for 2 years in a row.  At this point she was ready for her next challenge so joined Twenty Financial Services to build the Technology Change team across all banking, investment management and insurance clients.
