Twenty Talent - Life's too short to be just average...
...and we're anything but
Paul has an impressive recruitment background which includes time spent at Hays, Michael Page and Walker Hamill. A true entrepreneur, in 1995, at the age of 28, he founded Astbury Marsden and built an organisation which by 2006 was recognised as one of the top 50 fastest growing companies in the UK. Having structured the business for sale, he exited Astbury Marsden as the majority shareholder in a £17.5m MBO backed by NVM in July 2007 - at the top of the market.
Adrian began his recruitment career over a decade ago and joined Astbury Marsden in 2002. His potential was soon recognised and he became a Partner, building and managing recruitment teams across both professional sectors and international territories. The growth of the divisions under Adrian's leadership was a key factor in the company's Virgin Fast Track Listings. Adrian exited Astbury Marsden six months after the MBO realising his equity by selling his shares back to the management at the MBO issue price.
Greg trained with Arthur Andersen where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and was subsequently promoted to Manager. He left in 2003 and joined recruitment firm Hudson as a European Financial Accountant. Greg was responsible for large teams of accountants and analysts and negotiated terms for all Group contracts. Following the acquisition of Spring by Adecco, and having realised share options, he stayed on to head up the project team which had responsibility for integrating the Spring, Adecco and MPS businesses. He joined Twenty in September 2010.
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1990 before moving into investment banking in 1993 with Bankers Trust.
