Jon spent ten years with Badenoch & Clark running the professional services team covering finance appointments within public practice, the legal sector, surveying and management consultancy. After a short stretch with David Peachell & Partners specialising in partner level appointments within the public practice sector, Jon joined Twenty in Jan 2009.

Kellie joined Integral Search & Selection in 2005 as a researcher and quickly established herself as a consultant specialising in senior level recovery & restructuring specialists. She has a number of key client relationships ranging from the recovery arms of Big 4 and Top 20 firms to small insolvency boutiques. She joined twenty in June 2009.

As a graduate of Loughborough University, Lauren began her recruitment career with Adecco where she gained experience in a variety of different business streams across both the public and private sectors. A spell at Poolia UK followed where she built on her experience and developed her expertise in the recruitment of high value professionals. Lauren joined Twenty in May 2011 to develop the Advisory Division within the Professional Services team specialising in corporate finance and corporate recovery.
