Richard has held management positions with Pathway IT, Robert Walters and more recently Astbury Marsden where he led the London Finance and Investment Banking Team- the top performing permanent team in 2008. Throughout his career he has specialised in, and successfully executed, a large number of senior retained and contingent assignments across leading investment banks, hedge funds and asset management firms.

Daniel joined Twenty in May 2010 to help develop and expand the Product Control Function where he will concentrate on search assignments at Director and MD level in London and New York. He started his career with Robert Walters in Sydney placing experienced Accountants into Commerce and Industry. He has a wealth of experience most recently with Astbury Marsden as a Senior Consultant where he worked with many leading Investment Banks and Hedge Funds in London delivering on both retained and contingent assignments.

Nick has over 12 years' experience of managing senior level financial and professional appointments in international markets both on and offshore. With prior experience at leading recruitment firms in both London and New York, Nick has played a central role in building key multi-jurisdictional client relationships and spearheading recruitment businesses into new markets throughout his career. Leveraging his prior experience of the US financial services market, Nick joined Twenty in September 2010 to launch the New York office and head up our North American operations.

A graduate of Fordham University and a native New Yorker, Mike has had extensive experience of recruiting for leading financial services firms across the tri-state area. Mike joins from Robert Walters International where he gained exposure to a wide range of clients working cross culturally and servicing accounts on both the buy and sell side. He is based in Twenty’s New York office where he will assist in building the firm’s financial services practice in the United States.
