After graduating, Oliver began his recruitment career with a large, reputable IT recruitment business. He started as a consultant but five years and numerous promotions later, he was managing three regional teams covering technology and management consulting markets. A period with Spring Technology followed where his ability to build a sustainable, client centric, high value, new business operation won him two annual awards in two consecutive years.
Daniel is an experienced recruitment consultant who built up an impressive record within niche areas of the Relational Database Management System ( RDBMS) market. He spent four years at Vertical IT, part of Lorien Resourcing, building his desk from scratch. With an expert understanding of his market Daniel joined Twenty in February 2011 to provide recruitment solutions within the software development arena.
David began his career with Burns Carlton a boutique Executive Search firm and rapidly established himself as a specialist within the IT and telecoms recruitment market. After a year he relocated to Leeds to successfully launch the company’s Renewable Energy Division. Back in London he established himself as an independent search consultant within the energy and environment sector and joined Twenty in January 2011. David will draw on his previous experience to complement the existing technology team.
An international studies graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle, Alison began her career working in client services in California before moving to London to complete her MBA. She then spent three years with Talent Village focusing on technology recruitment and search within the investment banking sector. She joined Twenty in October 2010 to focus on permanent recruitment within the front and middle office technology arena.
Peter has over 15 years recruitment experience managing assignments and sales teams within the Corporate sectors. Peter commenced his career in the UK and relocated to the US in early 2001, establishing several multi-sector practices within the Finance and Accounting discipline. His experience spans both the Contract and Direct markets, focusing primarily in the Mid to Executive level. Leveraging his depth of business experience in both Europe and North America, Peter Joined Twenty in April 2012 to firmly establish the company's US operations.
After graduating in 2007, Megan began her recruitment career with Hays where she worked in the projects and change management space. She rapidly developed strong relationships with project and programme directors & managers and soon established herself as a specialist within the asset management, retail and investment banking market. A stint with Timothy James Consulting as a senior consultant followed where she specialised in the financial services contract space. Megan joined Twenty in January 2012 to focus on contract recruitment for projects within the technology market.
