A graduate of Leeds University, Annaliese has eight years of recruitment experience. Annaliese joins from Michael Page International where she was the UK’s top performer in 2009. In her recruitment career, Annaliese has specialised predominantly in the Finance sector, and has extensive team leadership experience. She joined Twenty Recruitment in 2011 to develop and expand the interim and contract sector.
Rob graduated in Accounting and Management from Reading University in 2004 and initially studied for the CIMA qualification. He began his career in recruitment with Robert Half International where he specialised in placing senior qualified accountants within the commercial an industrial sectors. A move to Investigo followed with a focus on interim finance appointments across the energy sector – an area in which he has gained a wealth of experience and an extensive network of clients. Rob joined Twenty in February 2011 to focus on growing the Interim/contracts Commerce Division within accounting and finance.
A graduate of Newcastle University, Laura started her recruitment career at Cedar, a financial search and selection firm where she specialised in recruiting permanent senior finance professionals for the commercial and industrial sectors. Following her success at quickly building up strong relationships in consumer products, most significantly within the media space, she moved into the contract market where she continued to build on her success. Laura joined Twenty in April 2012 to focus on finance contract recruitment within the media, FMCG, retail and leisure sectors.
Kirsten graduated from Leicester University in 2000 and joined a graduate training scheme with Hudson (TMP Worldwide). She then moved to Martin Ward Anderson in 2004 placing qualified accounts into temporary contracts within commerce and industry. Kirsten subsequently progressed through to Manager of the interim team at MWA and later managed one of the Permanent qualified teams recruiting both on contingent and retained projects. Kirsten is now Head of commerce Finance with Twenty Group where she is building both a contract and permanent desk.
Thea graduated from Birmingham University in 2005 after spending a year at the University of California, San Diego. On completion of her TEFL course in Barcelona she joined WH Marks Sattin, where she specialised in the recruitment of accounting & finance professionals. Over a period of four years she progressed to Manager, heading up a five strong team. She has joined Twenty to focus on growing the commerce division.
A business graduate of Portsmouth University, James started his career in recruitment with WH Marks Sattin where he focused on the part qualified accountancy sector commerce and industry. In 2009 he joined Goodman Masson to establish their presence within the middle and back office functions of the commodity trading market where he developed a significant network and an in depth knowledge of this niche market. James joined Twenty in 2012 to focus not only on the same commodity trading market but also to develop a broader focus on core finance, product control and risk.
